The actual payment methods available for your order will be shown during checkout.

Before confirming your order, the checkout page will display the applicable payable amount based on the transaction.

• COD handling charge, where applicable.
• Discounts, coupons or promotional benefits.
• Other disclosed transaction-related charges, if applicable.

Cash on Delivery allows eligible customers to pay at the time of delivery instead of paying online in advance.

COD availability may depend on:

• Product and seller.
• Delivery PIN code.
• Courier capability.
• Order value.
• Operational or risk controls.

A COD handling charge may apply. If applicable, the exact charge will be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Umekart may offer additional benefits for eligible online/prepaid orders from time to time.

Depending on the active campaign, benefits may include:

• Waiver of the applicable COD charge.
• Additional prepaid-payment discount.
• Coupon, promotional credit or reward benefits.

Offer eligibility, minimum order value, maximum benefit and other conditions may vary. The applicable benefit will be shown in the relevant offer or checkout details.

Where card payment is available, select the applicable card payment option during checkout and follow the instructions presented by the supported payment system or your card-issuing institution.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional authentication before approving the transaction.

If UPI or another supported online-payment option is shown during checkout, select it and complete the transaction through the applicable payment flow.

Always verify the amount and transaction details before authorising a payment.

Online payments may be processed through supported payment service providers, banks and payment systems.

Umekart takes reasonable measures intended to support secure transaction processing and customer-account protection, while payment providers may apply their own authentication and security controls.

No online payment system can be described as completely risk-free. Customers should protect their device, payment credentials and authentication information.

Sometimes your bank or payment provider may show a debit even when Umekart has not received successful transaction confirmation.

In such cases, the transaction may remain pending, be reconciled later or be automatically reversed according to the applicable banking/payment-provider process.

If payment confirmation is delayed, your order may remain in a pending state while the transaction is being verified or reconciled.

Order confirmation should be treated as successful only after the applicable payment/order status has been updated by the Platform.

Where an eligible refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original or another supported refund method.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after the required verification or return process is completed.

Final credit time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Umekart is a marketplace-enabled platform. Products may be offered by participating sellers, but customers should complete payments only through the payment options officially presented by Umekart.

Do not make payment directly to a seller, unknown QR code, personal bank account or unofficial payment request unless the Platform itself explicitly provides and verifies that method.
